Aspiring Young Artists©

The Aspiring Young Artists© (AYA) program is a pre-conservatory course of study designed to enhance and supplement the musical pursuits of any student who wishes to further their studies. Any student at level Suzuki book six and above may audition for the program. There are four levels of study, ranging from the Mozart Concerti to the extraordinary Paganini Caprices. Any student may participate in any AYA group class, provided they are book 6 and above or equivalent, without being part of the AYA program.

Prerequisites

All students must meet a specific level of achievement in repertoire, scales, technique, and chamber experience before applying to the AYA© program.

Any student applying to the program will have an audition, theory exam, and interview. All of these are intended to provide the instructors with an insight to the student and their competency level.
