Have you noticed that your toddler already shows a fascination with and enthusiasm for music?! We would love to give your child the opportunity to satisfy that curiosity and increase their desire for more! Research on cognitive development shows that the earlier musical participation is introduced into a child's environment, the greater the advantage.
Our Talent-Ed Kids program pre-Suzuki is specially designed for our youngest students. These classes provide a fun and engaging musical environment for you and your child. Mommy & Me classes are available for children who are two years old or who will turn two during the course of the class. The use of musical props, rhythm instruments, games, and folk songs begin to develop your child's musical intelligence. Meet the Instruments classes are available for children ages three to five. Your child will have the opportunity for a hands-on experience of all of the instruments that are available to them at TESS: violin, piano, cello, flute, and guitar. They learn many rhythms and musical concepts that will lay the foundation for instrumental study. Each instrument is presented by a member of that department's faculty, giving you and your child the opportunity to meet our faculty! Our Hearts and Voices Children's Choirs are for children ages five to seven and seven to ten who love to sing, or who want a musical experience without the practice and lesson commitment! These classes are a fabulous experience and will inspire your child to pursue the joy of music!
