Adult & Parent Classes

We offer opportunities throughout the year for parents to continue their understanding of music education.  These classes are geared towards adults who have little or no musical background.  Individual classes are also available by request.  Adult classes for Winter Term 2008 include:

Piano Group        Tues, 7:15-8:00 pm or Thurs, 8:00-8:45 pm:  weeks of 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/25

Musicianship         Tues, 7:00-7:45 pm or Wed, 7:00-7:45 pm:  weeks of 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/25

Piano Literature   Tues, 7:15-8:00 pm or Thurs, 8:00-8:45 pm:  weeks of 3/4, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24

Practicing with your Child   Tues, 7:15-8:00 pm or Thurs, 8:00-8:45 pm:  weeks of 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/25

 

Parent Nights

“New Student Night”

Monday, March 3rd    8:00-9:00pm

This is a meeting for all new and beginning TESS families whose child is a pre-twinkle student.  We will be discussing strategies for success and hosting a Question and Answer session regarding lessons and practices. 

 

  “Book 1 & 2 Student Night”

Tuesday, March 4th   8:00-9:00pm

A discussion for all parents of students who are currently learning their Twinkles through Book 2.  Learn about what to expect in your child’s studies during the upcoming year!  We will have a Question and Answer session regarding lessons and practices.

 

“Book 3 & 4 Student Night”

Wednesday, March 5th   8:00-9:00pm

A discussion for all parents of students who are currently in books 3 and 4.  Learn about what to expect in your child’s studies during the upcoming year!  We will have a Question and Answer session regarding lessons and practices.

 

“Book 5+ and AYA Student Night”

Thursday, March 6th   8:00-9:00pm

A discussion for all parents of students who are currently in Book 5 and above, as well as all AYA families.  Learn about what to expect in your child’s studies during the upcoming year!  We will have a Question and Answer session regarding lessons and practices.

 

“Enrollment Assistance”

Summer 2008 Term —  Monday, March 24th    8:00-9:00pm

Fall 2008 Term —  Monday, May 5th    8:00-9:00pm
