Orientation and Observation Schedule

All families who are interested in attending TESS are invited to visit the school for an orientation session, observation, and campus tour. To schedule your individualized visitation, please call the school (203) 354-2740.

Parent Orientation is the first step to enrolling in TESS. We host Open Houses during the course of the year and cover important information regarding Suzuki philosophy and pedagogy, the parent role in Suzuki education, the school calendar, and special events. This is a good time to ask questions regarding the different programs and instruments we offer, as well as questions regarding your own child and circumstance.

Observing a group class with your child is the second step. This important step gives your child the opportunity to see what it is like to study the instrument they are considering and to get excited about their own beginning studies. It also gives you, the parent, an idea of the class format and what to expect when your own classes begin. The schedule for appropriate observation times is listed below.

NEW STUDENT OPEN HOUSE - this is an opportunity for parents who are interested in enrolling their children in TESS and to learn more about what TESS has to offer.
